An 18-year-old who showed up at a Cromwell gas station after being shot may have graduated from Middletown High School, officials said. CT State Police / Contributed CROMWELL — Connecticut State Police said Monday they are still trying to determine the location of a shooting after an 18-year-old collapsed from a gunshot wound at a gas station on West Street over the weekend.  The victim is believed to be a former Middletown High School student, school officials said. In response to the shooting, there was an extra police presence at the high school on Monday, Middletown Superintendent of Schools Alberto Vazquez Matos wrote in a letter to families.
