MIDDLETOWN — Middletown Pride has chosen Hella Swagg and Karleigh Chardonnay Webb to be grand marshals for its PrideFest 2023 June 3. Each year, the Middletown LGBTQIA+ Commission nominates grand marshals based on the work they do to empower and support the local and statewide LGBTQIA2S+ community, according to a press release. "The position of grand marshal allows Middletown Pride to provide a platform to highlight these individuals' dedication and hard work, and to feature the incredible impact they have had on our community," it said.
